Today in class we talked about fitness and measuring physical fitness!
You received your fitness testing groups, and next class we will begin researching putting our lessons together. ALL Class notes/materials needed to run your tests are due to be before the first group presents (I need time to make those copies!!) Here is the schedule for fitness tests/presentations: 1. Muscular Strength: April 6/7th 2. Muscular Power: April 10/11th 3. Cardio respiratory Endurance: April 12/13th 4. Flexibility: April 18/19th 5. Agility: April 20/21st 6. Body Composition: April 24/25th 7. Muscular Endurance: April 26/27th Your presentations will occur in class starting March 7th!
